Cardiff Sports Nutrition (CSN) – is one of the leading suppliers of quality sports nutrition and body building supplements in the UK. Located on Cardiff’s Whitchurch Road, the company was set up in 2007 to provide sports nutrition advice tailored to individual needs and fitness objectives.

 

Yesterday (30th of Jan) there was ‘’The Supplement Superstore Two Years Celebration’’. And trust me...that was celebrating in style! Excellent customer service, qualified athletes, a lot of samples to try new products. All customers received a lot of freebies (I’ll show you in photos down below). I’m sure all of us have had big experience, good mood and unforgettable day!


 

CSN has recently launched a new enterprise level website to deal with increased number of brands and range of products. Through the company’s website customers can search for products relating to their sport,-soccer, rugby, hockey, MMA, weight loss, energy or recovery while the online Drugs Tested section displays products suitable for athletes who are subjected to drugs testing. Also customers can earn loyalty points against their purchases. The points collected are converted to cash and can be used towards products bought online for future purchases. P.S. One thing I especially liked... I have bought Hognuts Bakin’ Butter. You can spread it, spoon it or bake it..it’s up to you! The taste is amazing and the nutrition facts of this butter are also much better than other ones I used before. So I highly recommended to try.

What is Spirulina?
Spirulina is a blue-green algae. It grows in warm alkaline water bodies in climate where the maximum amount of sunlight is available. All algae have been around for billions of years and were one of the very first forms of life on this planet.  In fact, Spirulina was one of the first edible plats to play a major role in the development of the food chain. Grows wild in some parts of the world such as Mexico and Africa.


What does it taste like? Types of Spirulina
Spirulina has a pleasant, cheesy nutty-type flavour. You either immediately love the taste of it or you don’t. It depends on you. Types of Spirulina can be: dried flakes, tablets, liquid and powder.
